We are a website software development company with a business background in the building maintenance and absentee property owner industry, Awesome WebSite Marketing, established in 1997.
Our first home watch software solution, HWSoft™ software, was developed out of our need to provide a quality home watch service while reducing the administrative aspect of the business. We realized the more time spent with administrative duties, the less time we were in the field, which meant we made less money.
Our most recent software product, HomeWatch Pro™ software, is an improved, more robust solution focused on today's security challenges. It has all the bones of HWSoft™ and so much more!
As we began to develop our solution to this problem, we realized this software could benefit other companies and, more importantly, the end user — the client.
In Florida, where we are based, there are thousands of home watch businesses, but most are small to mid-sized companies many times owned and operated by one or two people. The average number of clients these companies service is between 30 and 60. We have found the owners spend as much time managing the business as they spend inspecting homes.
