Within each client’s account area, the system automatically tracks all invoices and payments, providing a clear history of debits and credits. Outstanding invoices are flagged with a red-notice indicator to ensure nothing is overlooked. Expense management is equally flexible, offering unlimited entries across all major categories and the ability to mark expenses as client-related for accurate job-site and cost tracking.
