- email invoices to the client directly from the module (your logo included)
- pay history tracking client’s debits and credits (available within the client’s account area as well)
- Outstanding invoice tracking with a “red flag” notice on the client’s pay history screen
- automatically add invoice and payments to client accounts (available within the client’s account area as well)
- unlimited number of expense entries in to all major expense categories
- identify if an expense is client related for better job site/cost tracking
- Profit & Loss Statement to help keep you informed of your companies profitability (basic in format & reporting capabilities)
