This add-on module* provides the tools to track daily mileage per vehicle and per employee as well as records the hours the employee spent in the field.
It accumulates the data to provide:
- a mileage log acceptable to the IRS
- a report of hours spent in the field
- a net profit report of total daily sales – (mileage + hourly employee expenses)
- when used in conjunction with the Accounting & Invoicing Module, it also calculates the mileage expense for the P&L reporting feature
